Description.
This notice is for informational purposes only. The 23rd Contracting Squadron intends to award a purchase order to C.C. Distributor Inc for the purpose of a bridge contract to perform COCESS operations for a period of 6 months with possible extentions (NTE 1 year) until solicitation FA4830-10-R-0001 can be awarded. The justification for restricting competition is in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR 6.302-1 (Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements). A post-award notice will be posted on Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) identifying the 23rd Contracting Squadron's Justification and Approval of this sole-source procurement to C.C. Distributers, for a bridge contract to continue operations until FA4830-10-R-0001 is awarded.
