AMENDMENT NO. 2  THE PURPOSE OF THIS AMENDMENT IS TO CORRECT  AMENDMENT NO. 1 AND SHOULD SAY THE QUANTITIES FOR THE PROPOSED FIXTURES ON THE 1ST FLOOR ARE NOT CORRECT AND THE QUANTITIES OF THE EXISTING FIXTURES ON THE 1ST FLOOR ARE CORRECT AS SHOWN IN THE STATEMENT OF WORK.

AMENDMENT NO. 1  THE PURPOSE OF THIS AMENDMENT IS TO NOTE THAT A CORRECTION SHOULD BE MADE TO THE STATEMENT OF WORK, SECTION 4.4. OPTION 3. THE QUANTITIES FOR THE PROPOSED FIXTURES ON THE 1ST FLOOR ARE CORRECT AND SHOULD MATCH THE QUANTITIES FOR EXISTING FIXTURES. (THE QUANTITIES FOR PROPOSED FIXTURES ARE NOT CORRECT) PLEASE NOTE THIS CORRECTION.


This is a presolicitation notice to provide construction services, which electrical services, to retrofit T12 lighting fixtures to accept T8 lamps and electronic ballasts for the National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). This work is located at the Montlake Laboratory in Seattle, Washington. This procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The associated NAICS code is 238210. The small business size standard is $14.0 million.

Performance period shall be 90 days from notice to proceed. To be eligible for contract award, offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
