Paving and associated site work to repair the ADA parking spot at the Montlake Branch of the Seattle Public Library. Scope involves adjusting the existing thresholds of 2 doorways located on the upper level plaza off E. McGraw Street, adjusting the slope of the existing accessible parking space and access aisle, replacing and reframing existing grate located within the accessible parking space, and demoing and installing of bike rack. On-site construction shall be phased to accommodate building activities, operations, and access utilizing a combination of regular and off-hours schedules.
