This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 and 13.5 as supplemented. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This Solicitation Number BBG50-Q-17-0026 will be issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ).

This solicitation document incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-95 effective January 19, 2017.

The Contractor shall provide pricing in Section B of the attached Standard Form (SF) 1449.

The Description of the items are outlined in the Line items of the attached on SF 1449.
Delivery and Acceptance will be FOB Destination. Delivery date is 60 ARO. Items will be shipped to Broadcasting Board of Governors, JCM Logistics, Inc., Attn: Gregory Gibbs, 14928 Boble Drive, Chantilly, VA 20151.
The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial does not apply to this acquisition.
The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items does not apply to this acquisition.
Offerors are to include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, with its quote.
Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
Clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes Or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Please see the attached SF 1449 for which FAR clauses are applicable to the acquisition.
The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) and assigned ratings are not applicable to this acquisition.

Instructions: Offerors shall provide pricing in the line items on page 4 of the SF1449 attached to this synopsis/solicitation. Offerors shall submit their offers via email to Cynthia Suggs at [email protected] not later than 2:00 pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) on June 29, 2017.

No telephone calls will be accepted. All questions must be submitted in writing. All questions must contain reference to the section/paragraph which is in question. Written inquires will be answered in writing via amendment, however, because of the response time, no such inquiries will be considered if received after 10:00 am EST on June 27, 2017.
