SUBJECT: Solicitation for U.S. Personal Services Contractor (USPSC) "Local Hire" for
Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist, USAID/Liberia

To All Interested Applicants

The United States Government, represented by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), is seeking applications (Offeror Information for Personal Services Contracts - Form AID 302-3) from qualified U.S. Citizens resident in Liberia to provide services for Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist under a Personal Services Contract, as described in the attached solicitation. The place of performance for this position is Monrovia, Liberia.

Salary to be paid within this grade will depend on experience, qualifications, and salary history. Following compensation package will be offered to Local Hire USPSC.

• Basic Compensation - GS-13 ($73,846.00 - $96,004.00)
• Health Insurance -72% of $7,266.00 (employee) and $20,399.00 (family)
• Life Insurance - $500.00
• FICA Contribution 6.2%
• Medicare 1.45%

Federal Tax Requirements: Resident Hire USPSCs are not exempt from payment of Federal Income Taxes.

Please note that only above listed salary and benefits package are applicable to Local Hire USPSC. Other off-shore hire USPSC benefits are not authorized under this employment category.
