The City of Covington is seeking proposals to sell advertising and sponsorships for Covington Connect, the City's free public WI-Fi system. This RFP is intended to identify and secure an agreement with a proposer who demonstrates experience, commitment and capacity to administer this type of program under direct funding from the American Rescue Plan Act ('ARPA') and subject to the requirements thereof.
