Special Notice

Synopsis:

The 22nd Contracting Squadron – McConnell AFB, KS, 67221 on behalf of the 22nd Air Refueling Wing intends to award a firm fixed price contract under FAR 13.106-1(b) (1) to only one responsible source, Monaco Enterprises LLC, who holds the current Monaco contract. Due to the fact that no other contractor has been given the rights or capability to act as an authorized agent to Monaco to service the system, we are limited to utilizing them for D-21 service.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 561621 and the size standard is $22 Million.

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. No solicitation document is available for this requirement. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability by sending responses regarding this requirement to the 22nd Contracting Squadron via email ONLY to [email protected] no later than 4 August 2021 by 9:00 AM CST. The U.S. government will not pay for any information or administrative cost incurred in response to this Notice. All costs associated with responding to this Notice will be solely at the expense of the interested party.
