The contractor shall provide all management, equipment, training, and system updates necessary to ensure Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Fire Emergency Services Monaco Fire Detection systems are serviced according to the needs of the Statement of Work (SOW). Merging of three databases in one shall reconfigure existing servers and clients with new roles suitable to a merged solution, with primary server infrastructure to be located at Ft Sam Houston and Redundant/Alternate server infrastructure to be located at Lackland/Randolph AFB.
