(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
(ii) The solicitation, FA5270-11-Q-M086 is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ).
(iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC)2005-48.
(iv) This procurement is being issued as FIRM FIXED PRICE, and NOT set-aside. North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) code is 314991

(ix) The provision at FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers:

60days or less after contract award is desired.
