Description
The National Institutes of Health (NIH), National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health (NCCIH), Section on Sensory Cells and Circuits intends to procure one (1) brand name Molecular Devices Single Cell Electrophysiology System.
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and under the authority to use simplified procedures for commercial requirements as provided in FAR 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, No. N02CO11633-78, includes all applicable provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-99 (Jul 16, 2018).
This is a small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System code is 334516 and the business size standard is 1000 employees.
Only one award will be made as a result of this solicitation. This will be awarded as a firm fixed price type Purchase Order.
Description of Requirement
The Contractor shall provide a Molecular Devices brand name Axon Multiclamp 700b System, Digidata 1550b1 Data Acquisition System, and pClamp 11 software. A minimum one-year warranty shall be included for parts and labor.
The following parts are required:
I. One (1) Multiclamp 700b System, part number MULTICLAMP 700B:
1. Microelectrode Amplifier
2. resistor-feedback
3. computer controlled, two channels (2) Headstages (CV 7B)
II. One (1) Digitdata 1550B1 Low-Noise Data Acquisition System plus 1 Channel Humsilencer Adaptive Noise Cancellation, part number DIGIDATA 1550B1:
1. Digidata 1550B1 rack mountable main unit containing:
a) USB 2.0 cable
b) AxoScope 10 software CD
III. One (1) pClamp 11 Acquisition Software, part number PCLAMP 11 ADV:
1. Clampex 11 USB Security Key
2. Clampfit Advanced Analysis Module 11 USB Security Key
