Product Description: The requirement is for a proven instrument that is capable of measuring molecular affinity constants using a label-free method based upon surface plasmon resonance. The asset must include a full consumable start up package; web based basic training and tutorial; integrated and web-based methodology and evaluation support; system installation on site; shipping and handling to destination; and a commercial warranty equivalent to 90 days coverage of goods, software and services with a one-year warranty against equipment defects.

Final product selection will be based on product evaluation using information provided by the offeror(s) and price evaluation by the cognizant Contracting Officer.
