The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) in Moldova is currently

planning a Tourism activity to build a greater understanding and appreciation within Moldova for its cultural wealth and complex historical legacies in a way that strives for inclusivity. The activity seeks to strengthen cultural heritage management as a way of improving visitor experience and competitiveness of the tourism sector, while also helping to document and support the sustainability of Moldova’s cultural assets themselves.
