Mold Removal Services at DSCR:
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number SP4703-15-Q-9993 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This is a firm-fixed price award. This acquisition is set-aside for 100% small businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 562910 (Environmental Remediation Service). The small business size standard is 500 Employees. Department of Labor Wage Determination will be based on location of the service provided. Partial proposals will not be accepted.
This requirement is to provide all labor, equipment, supplies, materials, supervision, and documentation required to remove all fungal growth from trailer 194 (dimension 100ft x 100ft) located at Defense Supply Center Richmond. Requirement must be completed as stated in the Statement of Work; unless otherwise coordinated and approved by the customer and the contracting officer. Requirement must be completed within 3 days of issue of the purchase order.

Award will be made to the lowest priced offeror that meets the requirement stated in the Statement of Work and the solicitation. Also refer to clauses and provisions includes in this notice.
The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award. If not already registered, go to SAM website www.sam.gov to register prior to submitting your quote.
