The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to award a 5-year, firm fixed price, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity type procurement to Mid Atlantic Computer Services Inc. DBA The ProCustom Group, for the procurement of  Modified Broad Area Maritime Surveillance (BAMS) Evaluation, Test & Troubleshooting Interface Equipment (BETTIE) Laptop Computers, part number (P/N) X-BETTIE for the MQ-4C Triton Unmanned  Air System Program.

GENERAL INFORMATION: There is no commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation, make an award or awards, or be responsible for any money expended by interested parties before award of a contract for the effort described above.  Information provided herein is subject to change and in no way binds the Government to solicit or award a contract.   

The Government intends to procure the above item(s) under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to full and open competition based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
