This competitive acquisition, in accordance with FAR Subpart 16.5 ordering procedures for Fair Opportunity, is set-aside for Small Business to be awarded as an order under the Special Operations Forces/Personnel Recovery (SOF/PR) Multiple Award Contract for Modifications (MACM) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) for:
POOL B - ROTARY ONLY
and
POOL A (FIXED WING) and POOL B (ROTARY WING)
This is a procurement for the Modification Upgrade of the Mobile User Objective System (MUOS) Capable Satellite Communications (SATCOM) System for Air Force District of Washington (AFDW) and Air Education & Training Command (AETC). This effort will require the Contractor to perform NRE for integration, development of modification Time Compliance Technical Order (TCTO), Technical Data Package (TDP), update to Technical Orders (TO), prototype manufacturing/delivery, Trial Kit Installs (TKI), TO validation/verification, kit proofing, and testing and delivery of Production Kits.
This contracting action will establish a Delivery Order composed of Contract Line Items Numbers (CLINs) as detailed in the attached Fair Opportunity Proposal Request.
