The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ, intends to modify purchase order N68335-18-P-0506, which was awarded to General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT), Fairfax, VA. (CAGE Code 07MU1) on 25 September 2018.  The purpose of this modification  to add a programmer to provide software development, testing, integration of enhancements, and maintenance of the current Wireless Scanner System and the Staging Facility Inventory Management System (SFIMS) database..

The Government intends to procure the above item(s) under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to full and open competition based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
