This is an invitation to submit a bid to the Glynn County Board of Commissioners for the Modification & Renovation of the Glynn County Board of Elections & Registration Building, formerly the CVS building located at 1709 Gloucester Street. Parties interested in responding to this bid are strongly encouraged to attend the pre-bid meeting for this project held on February 22, 2022 at 1:00 PM at 1709 Gloucester Street Brunswick, GA 31520 (Formerly CVS). Any questions and /or misunderstandings that may arise from this invitation shall be submitted, in writing and forwarded, to the Procurement Officer, Jason Hagen at [email protected] no later than February 24, 2022. All Questions and Answers submitted will be posted to the website no later than February 25, 2022. Answers to questions submitted that materially change the conditions and specifications of this invitation for bid will be promulgated to all addressees as an addendum. Any discussions or documents will be considered non binding unless incorporated and promulgated in an addendum.
