This requirement is sole sourced to MB Dynamics, 25865 Richmond Road, Cleveland OH 44146-1431 as the only vendor able to produce this modal due to being the only vendor that meets the combined requirements of having the 110 peak force, light weight hollow armature, 1.5"stoke, allowing you to monitor both voltage and current, and the entire system weighs less than 90 lbs. Any firms believing that they can provide the materials may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the materials without causing programmatic hardship.
