The Army Contracting Command-Redstone Arsenal intends to issue an award to Harris Corporation on a sole-source basis, under authority of FAR 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements," for Mobile User Objective System (MUOS) Firmware Upgrade.
This announcement constisutes the only solicitation; any offers will be considered; however, it is the Government's intent to award a sole-source purchase to Harris Corporation.
