Amendment 02 is issued to revise the Statement of Work to add two requirements under the "Shredder Specifics (Salient Characteristics)".  See Statement of Work Revision 2 in the Attachment section.  Please ensure that your quote/backup documentation show that the shredder has the ability to shred a minimum of 5 thousand pounds per hour of dense materials such as wood pallets, non ferrous metals (auto fenders), auto tires, plastics and some textiles (tents, ropes, etc.) as required under "Shredder Specifics (Salient Characteristics)".  And that technical support will be provided within 48 hours when called upon throughout the warranty period as required under "System Setup/Support Specifics".
