A. Design of a mobile treatment unit 1. Treatment unit must be capable of removing PFAS (Per-and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances) compounds and petroleum related contaminants, with a goal of concentrations below EPA HAL of 70 parts per trillion 2. Contractor should determine treatment technique(s) to be utilized B. Fabrication of the treatment unit 1. Contractor should determine maximum flow rate system can achieve, in gallons per hour. C. Mobilization and operation of the treatment unit, as necessary 1. Treatment system must be able to be deployed and operational within 72 hours of request 2. Operation must be supported by contractor, including on-site staff as necessary D. Maintenance of the treatment unit, as necessary 1. Cost estimate should include one demobilization, including costs to prepare system for future deployment
