The successful quoter shall supply two (2) high head portable submersible pump systems, one (1) medium head portable submersible pump system, a spare parts package for all systems, and technical manual packages. All furnished items shall be
new and not refurbished and conform in strength, quality of materials, workmanship, and sound engineering standards. All items shall be from the same manufacturer. All pumps and control systems shall be standard items offered by the manufacturer.

Individual one-off custom pumps and controls shall not be allowed. All equipment shall be shipped in a single shipment.

The solicitation will be issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This acquisition will result in a single firm fixed-price supply contract.
This procurement is a Small Business set-aside. Competition is restricted to small business concerns. A small business subcontracting plan is not required. The NAICS code for this procurement is 333914 Measuring, Despensing & Other Pumping
Manufacturing and the associated small business size standard is 750 Employees.

The solicitation will be made available for download on the sam.gov Contract Opportunities website in beginning in September.
