1. The Minnesota Army National Guard (MN ARNG) at Camp Ripley Training Center (CRTC) Little Falls, Minnesota is publicizing this synopsis notice for the Contract Dining Facilty.

2.  No solicitation is being issued currently. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) or Invitation for Bid (IFB) and shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract. Responses will not be considered proposals, nor will any award be made because of this SYNOPSIS. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this notice. Any future solicitation, including specifications and/or Performance Work Statement will be made available on the Contract Opportunities website (https://beta.sam.gov). Interested parties are solely responsible for monitoring the website for release of a solicitation package and/or any updates and/or amendments.

3.  The Government is notifying that this will be posted as Section 8(a) competitive aquisition and open to the State Licensing Agency for priority under the Randolph-Sheppard Act. Eligibility to participate is restricted to 8(a) participants in either the developmental stage or the developmental and transitional stages; and Encouraging interested 8(a) participants to request a copy of the PWS as expeditiously as possible since the solicitation will be issued without further notice upon SBA acceptance of the requirement for the section 8(a) program.

4. The following NAICS Code applies to this SYNOPSIS: 722310 – Food Service Contractors. The size standard for this NAICS code is $47M.
