The State as represented by UW-Green Bay intends to use the results of this solicitation to award a contract for Exclusive Sports Medicine and Strength and Conditioning Sponsorship. The purpose of this document is to provide interested parties with information to enable them to prepare and submit a proposal to provide a Sports Medicine and Strength and Conditioning Sponsorship for the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay athletics department. The needs of this project center on the ability to provide the UW-Green Bay athletics department and student-athletes comprehensive sports medicine and health care services. The partnership with a medical services provider will enable UW-Green Bay to work closely with team physicians, medical professionals, and athletic trainers in accordance with medical and NCAA regulations and best practices. The specific needs are outlined within Section A No. 3 and Section B items 1 through 26 of the attached bid document
