Updated 10/7/2021: The International Unmanned and Small Combatants Program Office (PMS 525) is hosting a Virtual Industry Day to discuss the U.S. Navy's requirements for the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) case regarding the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Ministry of Defense. The objective of this Industry Day is to share details on the desired FMS case for a Professional Mariner (PM) Crew, which will support up to four (4) Multi-Mission Surface Combatants (MMSC), and seek input with interested Contractors on the Navy's plans to support the MMSC ships. The Navy is interested in understanding Industry perspectives and innovative ideas in achieving the best balance of capabilities and cost for the PM Crew requirements.
The Virual Industry Day will span two (2) days, being held on Wednesday, 20 October 2021 (0900 to 1500 EDT) and Thursday, 21 October 2021 (0900 to 1300 EDT) through the Microsoft Teams platform.
Registrants will receive a link and dial in option to the brief on 19 October 2021.
The Government team will be presenting the brief from Washington, D.C, 20376, USA
Defense Information System for Security (DISS) visit requests are not required for this Virtual Industry
Day.
This briefing will be UNCLASSIFIED. A comprehensive virtual attendee list consisting of: name, company, email address, and phone number will be provided to all attendees after Industry Day is completed.

GENERAL
Virtual Individual Breakout Discussions will follow the MMSC Program Brief and Questions. Application for an open discussion slot will be requested via Attachment 1, and the schedule will be provided via email during check-in on the morning of Industry Day, 20 October 2021.
Discussions and questions will be recorded by the Government. The Government may post a sanitized version of questions received - removing any indication of the company that submitted the question and any company proprietary information - of all questions and answers resulting from the Industry Day. Briefing slides will be made available the morning of Industry Day, 20 October 2021.
This announcement is not a contract, request for proposal, a promise to contract, or a commitment of any kind on the part of the Government. NAVSEA does not assume liability for costs incurred by an attendee or for travel expenses or marketing efforts; therefore, attendee costs in response to this notice are not considered an allowable direct charge to the Government.
