Item (5) states: "Ability to perform drain/purge/refill and re-ATP of an aging pressure vessel and reservoir assembly, including replacement of expended squibs, as required." This requirement could be interpreted as either for the LITVC that is removed or for the TVA that is added. Please confirm that these tasks are only for the TVA that is added.
