The following questions were asked by Enviropros Guam:

1. One interested party requested we hold a site visit so measurements could

be taken and they could get details on the furniture configuration.

RESPONSE: We can hold a site visit at 10:00 on Tuesday, September 24th, 2019.

2. One interested party responded that the pdf images on Section 4,

Delivery and Installation information were not able to be opened and requested

the room details and furniture layout.

RESPONSE: The furniture layouts are in the 1st and 2nd attachments of this

notice.

3. One interested party requested if the quotation/offer due date could be

extended.

RESPONSE: A notice to extend the quotation/offer due date was posted on the

FedBizOps website on Friday, September 20, 2019. The quotation due date has been

extended until Wednesday, September 25, 2019.
