The Government is contemplating a brand name or equal award to Mizuho OSI for a Trios Surgical Table for use in the Orthopedic/Spinal departments at the Mike O'Callaghan Federal Medical Center.

Nellis Air Force Base in Las Vegas, NV requests capability statements from companies for the purpose of determining if additional sources for this requirement exist that can provide a brand name or equal that meet the salient characteristics below.

The following are the model numbers and salient characteristics needed for the requirement:

- Model Number 7803 Trios, Table Base
- Model Number 7927 Trios, Top, Radiolucent Imaging
- Model Number 7927-959 Adapter, Universal, Side Rail
- Model Number 6946 Pillow, Modular Table Standard Sling
- Model Number 5356 Arm Board, Pivoting
- Model Number 5393 Clark Socket
- Model Number 5364 Armboard Unit, Lateral
- Ability to support orthopedic and spinal surgery patients
- Radiolucent table
- Table assisted rotation of patients from the supine to prone position
- Ability to add future attachments for orthopedic traction

The finding from this Market Research effort may impact any future solicitations related to this requirement.

This RFI is not a solicitation as defined by FAR 2.101 and the Government is not requesting offers or proposals at this time. Responses to this RFI will not form a binding contract. If a solicitation is issued, the Government does not guarantee that it will be issued to RFI respondents. The Government is requesting that restrictive or proprietary markings or information not be used in response to this RFI.
