The proposed acquisition covers a requirement for 1,900 pairs of mitten sets for the anti-exposure inflatable HAU-12/P (NSN 8475-01-255-7484) and is made in accordance with MIL-M-81844C, 1640AS100, and 1640AS101. The solicitation will be issued a 100% small business set-aside and will result in a small purchase order that will require F.O.B. destination and inspection and acceptance at the source. The production leadtime will be 240 days at the rate of 500 pairs per month. It is anticipated this solicitation will be posted to the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) on or after 25 August 2015. All offerors MUST be registered in SAM in order to be eligible for award. All responsible sources may submit offers which, if timely received, shall be considered.

They can add up to ninety-eight (98) additional users, provide user IDs and passwords, modify existing users, and control the login status of each user for their CAGEs through My Account (Account Maintenance).
