This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for drydock and repair services on the USFS owned Misty Barge.   Services including  drydocking and hull work services. Including: exterior hull, deck, and appurtenances preparation and painting, and winches and cables servicing.  Option Item services includes pumping out all three wastewater treatment system tanks and/or refloating barge to rearrange blocking, railway or other hoisting means and paint missed areas.  All services shall be performed in accordance with this statement of work, specifications, and all federal, state and local laws and regulations.

 Note: Due to limited funding, these services can only be performed in Ketchikan, Prince of Wales Island, Petersburg and Wrangell.  Towing the barge is not included in this solicitation.
