This RFP seeks proposals from prospective qualified Offerors who have experience in printing and delivering the Missouri Aeronautical Charts to the Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission (MHTC), as set forth in this RFP. The Contract Period is from the date of the fully executed resulting agreement through three (3) years, with two one-year renewal options. The Missouri Aeronautical Chart is distributed to pilots in Missouri as well as pilots in other states and countries for flight planning purposes. Proposals in the required format provided for in this RFP must be submitted electronically via the MissouriBUYS website and received on or before 2:00pm Central Time, October 22, 2021.
