The 5th Contracting Squadron intends to solicit competitively for Missile Alert Facilities (MAF) Satellite TV Services for Minot AFB, North Dakota. The contractor shall provide Satellite TV Services at each of the fifteen (15) MAFs located around Minot AFB, ND to include monthly programming, technician visits, and monthly service for additional receivers. The Contractor shall perform in accordance with standards outlined in the Performance Work Statement. A Firm-Fixed Price contract will result from the solicitation, with services to commence on or about 1 October 2014 (subject to the availability of funds). The performance period of this contract shall consist of one base year and four (4) option years, for a total of five years. There is no guarantee that options will be exercised. This action is set-aside 100% for Small Business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 517110 with a size standard of 1,500 employees.
