The purpose of the Request for Proposals (RFP) is to select the most highly qualified firm to provide Misdemeanor Probation Services for the Seventh Judicial Circuit Court, in and for Flagler County, as required by Florida Statutes. The resulting Contract shall provide for the supervision, rehabilitation and probation services for defendants placed on probation by the County Court of Flagler County. The County and the County Court make no representation as to the number, if any, of cases that may be assigned.
