This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 of the FAR, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This notice constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-30.

The Office of Naval Intelligence has a requirement to procure the following items:

This is an "all" or "none" request for offers. The FAR provision 52.212-1 pertains, as well as, FAR clauses 52.212-4 and 52.212-5. Additionally the DFARS clause 252.11-7003 pertains. Offers will be accepted via email prior to 4:30pm EST on 10 August 2009.
