This bid will cover various projects during the Fiscal Year 2020 ending June 30, 2020, with the potential of nine 1-year renewals. This invitation for bid will result in multiple awards for contractual services including, but not limited to, Plumbing, Boiler Repair and Maintenance, Electrical, Glazing and Glass Work, Metal Fabrication and Structural Steel Work, Remodeling and Renovation, Repairs and Maintenance of Buildings and Fixtures, Road and Parking Lot Construction, and General Contracting. There will be a non-mandatory Administrative Call on August 16, 2019 at 2PM (CST). There is a 20% BEP Goal to be met by providing 10% Minority Owned and 10% Women Owned.
