The City of Bowie, Maryland requesting sealed proposals for miscellaneous repairs and painting of a 3MG water reservoir located at 3703 Media Lane, Bowie, Maryland. The work shall be consistent with the scope of services contained in this Request for Proposals (RFP). All services performed must strictly conform to the bid documents. The City reserves the right to reject any bid if the evidence submitted by the bidder or an investigation of such bidder fails to satisfy the City that such bidder is properly qualified to carry out the obligations of the contract; and further reserves the right to reduce or modify the scope of the Project in order to meet funding limits and the City’s schedule. All blanks on each and every form provided by the City in connection with this Request for Proposals must be filled in, and no change shall be made to any part of the text of the form. When a firm is a bidder, the agent who signs the firm name shall, in addition, state the names and addresses of the individuals composing the firm. Performance and payment bonds will not be required.
