Work is preferred on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday to minimize disruptions. REQUEST FOR BIDS #1 Location: Miramonte Flooring Project –333 West Colorado Ave – 2nd and 3rd floor – Telluride Project Description: If possible, provide flooring options of commercial-grade carpet squares for selection by the county. Movement of all furniture. Can be done in phases. Remove carpet tiles, and/or a vinyl wall base. Replace 4-inch vinyl wall base in all rooms Clean up after installation, remove all leftover flooring, and dispose of old flooring. Rough area 2nd Floor 3000 sq ft 3rd Floor 5385.35 sq ft of carpet squares. Measurements should be confirmed by the contractor. The contract must be insured. Independent contractor agreement with the County will be initiated with the successful bidder. REQUEST FOR BIDS #2 Location: Miramonte Flooring Project – IT office – 333 West Colorado Ave 2nd floor – Telluride Project Description: If possible, provide flooring options for Commercial Grade Laminate Vinyl Flooring for selection by the county. Furniture will be removed prior to installation by staff. Remove old vinyl flooring, carpet tiles, and/or vinyl wall base. Replace 4-inch vinyl wall base in all rooms. Clean up after installation, remove all leftover flooring and dispose of old flooring. Rough area 360 sq ft of Laminate Vinyl Flooring. Measurements should be confirmed by the contractor. The contract must be insured. Independent contractor agreement with the County will be initiated with the successful bidder. Please arrange a project visit in advance of March 5, 2022.
