The work shall consist of, but not be limited to, removal of the existing pavement section, grading and compacting the subgrade, installation of aggregate base and asphalt concrete, construction of concrete valley gutters, and removal and replacement of concrete driveway approaches, sidewalk and curb & gutter. Bids must be filed with the City Clerk at the Clovis Civic Center prior to 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, August 29, 2017, at which time the City Clerk will open said bids. Bids shall be submitted in sealed envelopes and marked: "Bid Proposal: CIP 16-06 Minnewawa/Cherry Lane and Cherry Lane/Oxford Alley Improvements"
