SOCIOECONOMIC PROGRAMS: Potential Offerors are advised that this procurement is a Total Small Business Set-aside without further socio-economic set aside in accordance with FAR 19.203(c). The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, with a size standard of $39.5 million.

PROJECT CONSISTS OF: Work includes but is not limited to supplying all materials, labor, and equipment to demo the existing 6,000 SF maintenance building, septic system and all building internal and external appurtenances and then construct a new maintenance building, septic system and site work. Two additives include work to provide a travel beam and powered hoist, and work to provide a reinforced concrete wash pad.

SITE VISIT: Offerors are urged and expected to inspect the site where the work will be performed. Site visit details are found in Clause 52.236-27.
