The United States Army Contracting Command - Warren (ACC-WRN) intends to award a sole source, hybrid Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) and Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) type Contract Modification to Navistar Defense, LLC (Navistar). The modification to contract W56HZV-14-C-0102 will increase the total estimated quantity of vehicles by 450 from 785 to 1,235 for Reset and Upgrade of the Army's Mine Resistant Ambush Protected (MRAP) MaxxPro Family of Vehicles (FoV). This requirement has a target award date of 09 May 2016. ACC-WRN intends to award to Navistar as prescribed in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(A) and (B) for the fulfillment of this requirement.
