Department of the Air Force, Air Education and Training Command (AETC), 42d Contracting Squadron, Maxwell AFB, AL 36112 is announcing its INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE to Environmental Systems Research Institute, Inc., 380 New York St., Redlands, California 92373-8100 for the purchase of the Environmental Systems Research Institute Unlimited Educational Site License. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE. Capability statements received by the response date of this announcement will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete based on responses received to this notice is solely at the Government's discretion. Shown below is a detailed description of the requirement.

Description of the Requirement:

Mapping Software to provide digital geographic map imagery on a standalone network. The required software must include the following:

Software Requirements:

1) ArcGIS for Server Enterprise Advanced

2) ArcGIS for Server Extensions

3) ESRI Data and Maps for Server

4) ArcGIS Desktop Advanced

5) ArcGis Web Mapping API for Silverlight

6) include software updates and Technical Support Services during term of license

COMPATIBILITY:

Must run on Windows Servers and be accessible via a web interface developed in-house
at the LeMay Center. Software must be compatible with Web Forces software.

Software Specifications:

1) provide digital mapping imagery with a Silverlight Application Program Interface (API) on the standalone network that interfaces with the Web Forces application supporting the Title X
wargame Futures Capabilities
2) provide a map repository of world-wide base maps with reference layers with Silverlight web mapping Application Program Interface (API)

3) provide a graphical collaboration and briefing tool that can be used to describes Schemes of Maneuver and Courses of Action

4) create, manage, and publish any custom GIS web map, application, data, geocoding, and/or geoprocessing services

5) web service deployed on-premises on the organization's network or private cloud
