The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst requires Milplanner (16 each), Flight Deck Pro (17 each) and OPT Airport database (17 each) software licenses for the P-8 aircraft. The Government intends to issue a purchase order on a sole source basis to Jeppesen, 55 Inverness Drive East, Englewood, CO 80112. Under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1), FAR 6.302-1, this firm is considered the only provider of the required software. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all responses received within fifteen days after the date of publication of this synopsis. A determination by the Government not to open this requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received as a result of this notice of intent will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a full and open competitive procurement.
