OVERVIEW: Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated §§50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Quotes (eRFQ) is being issued by the Technical College System of Georgia on behalf of North Georgia Technical College to establish a one-time purchase with one authorized supplier that will provide various Miller and Lincoln Welding Equipment and Accessories to their Welding Program (hereinafter, the State Entity) as further described in this eRFQ. The Welding Program at North Georgia Technical College is seeking to purchase two additional Miller MIL951381 Pipeworx Welding Systems, two additional Lincoln Gun Mig Magnum Pro Curve 200, and various accessories due to an increase in student enrollment within the program. Substitutions will not be considered. Suppliers must be authorized by the manufacturer to sell the trainers and accessories being requested and must submit an itemized quote for review.
