This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The Oklahoma City-Air Logistics Center (OC-ALC/PKEA) at Tinker Air Force Base Oklahoma, intends to negotiate a firm fixed price contract for the acquisition of network training services. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) FA8100-11-Q-0011.

This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-32.
Contractor is required to sign this document (see page 2) and return 1 copy to issuing office. Contractor agrees to furnish and deliver all items set forth or otherwise identified above and on any additional sheets subject to the terms and conditions specified herein.
Proposal Submission Information:
The proposal in response to this RFQ must be submitted to the Contracting Specialist on or before 4:00PM Central Standard Time, 21 Mar 2011. The offeror should hold offered prices firm for 60 days

EVALUATION OF RESPONSES:
Award will be conducted and evaluated under the provisions of FAR Part 12, Commercial Items, and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition. The responsible offerors must be registered in the Online Representations and Certifications (ORCA) database (available at: http://orca.bpn.gov/) system per FAR 52.212-3, and submit a completed copy of the Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items with their proposal. Offerors must also be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database (available at: www.ccr.gov) per FAR 52.212-1. Lack of registration in CCR will qualify contractor as ineligible for award. All responsible sources may submit a proposal in response to this solicitation, which shall be considered. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), for a firm fixed type contract. The Oklahoma City-Air Logistics Center (OC-ALC/PKEA) at Tinker Air Force Base Oklahoma intends to issue a competitive contract for a Saw Stop Cabinet Saw.
