USC 2304c(1), set forth in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Servicess Will Satisfy Agency Requirements." The SBA ODA/ASC, 13221 Woodland Park Road, 1st Floor, Herndon, VA 2011, requires the maintenance of Millennium Telephone System Equipment. The SBA intends to make an award to Dominon Telephone, Inc. of 81 Meredith Way, Newport News, VA 23606. Interested parties may email, 05, February, 2013, 5:00 PM Eastern Time. Per FAR Part 5.207-13(e) Fed Biz Ops Numbered Note 22 applies and is modified to read: The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to repsond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received by Tuesday, Febuary 5, 2013, 5:00 PM Eastern Time will be considered by the Government. A determination by the descretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of UNIQUE QUALIFICATIONS FOR NATURE OF THE ACQUISITION REQUIRES THE USE OF THE AUTHORITY CITED ABOVE (APPLICABILITY OF AUTHORITY). SBA ODA/ASC has used Dominion Telephone, Inc. to provide full service annual maintenance. They are familiar with the system which was installed back in  2006.
