Arch Icon will accept bids from qualified Sub-contractors for the Project until June 25, 2024, 5:00 P.M. CST by e-mail sent to [email protected]. The Sub-contractors shall submit bids with "Millard Landing" the trade, and the name of the bidder in the subject line. Bids for the Project will be received by the General Contractor and will be viewed privately and reviewed before being accepted. Bids received after this time will not be considered. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. Work as indicated in the Contract Documents including: a. Parking Garage Podium level on First with 3 levels of residential dwelling units and amenity spaces above the podium. b. Parking Level - 20,642 square feet. Levels 1-3 - 61,734 square feet. c. Parking Level - Type 1A and A-2 Secondary Construction Type. Levels 1-3 - Type 5A Construction. Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950. A printed copy of bid documents can be obtained upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $250.00 payable to Millard Landing LLC. *An OBE Non-Cash Builder's Card will be accepted in lieu of deposit check. A CD or Download containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued. If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $40.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 30 calendar days from the bid date. If Bid Documents are NOT returned within the time specified, the deposit check will be forfeited.
