This notice is being publicized in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.101 requiring Contracting Officer to disseminate information for proposed contract actions expected to exceed $25,000.00. After receipt and evaluation of three (3)quotes received in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-2(4)(i) and 13.106-3, it is the intent of the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) to make an award to App-Techs. App-Techs provided the lowest technical acceptable total price of $108,365.00 for the required products.

The Office of Investigative Technology (ST) has a requirement for the purchase of Milestone's XProtect Enterprise (XPECL) - Device License Key (Qty: 500 each) and Milestone's XProtect Enterprise I (Y3XPECL) Device License - 3 year PMA (Qty: 500 each) and shipping and handling charges if applicable (Qty: 1 Lot).

A solicitation will not be issued.
