This notice is being publicized in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.101 requiring Contracting Officer to disseminate information for proposed contract actions expected to exceed $25,000.00. The acquisition will be conducted through the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13 "Simplified Acquisition Procedures".

The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has a requirement for the purchase of Milestone's XProtect Enterprise (XPECL) - Device License Key (Qty: 500 each) and Milestone's XProtect Enterprise I (Y3XPECL) Device License - 3 year PMA (Qty: 500 each) and shipping and handling charges if applicable (Qty: 1 Lot).  Any offeror must be certified by Milestone to resell requested software.
