This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) PR# F4D1F35162AC02.

Submit written offers IAW CLIN structure outlined below in this announcement.  Quote template sheet is attached to this solicitation.  Oral offers will not be accepted.  All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov).  

The Government intends to award to the lowest priced technically acceptable vendor.  Technically acceptable means products that meet or exceed the performance requirements.  

This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-83 and DFARS DPN 20150626. Both the North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 333314 and a size standard of 500 Employees apply to this procurement.  This acquisition does not require a small business designation.
