This is a Request for Information for providing building demolition for the Midewin National Tall Grass Prairie, Wilmington, IL. The Government intends to set-aside this acquisition for Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB) in accordance with FAR Part 19. The Government seeks to find out if there are at least two WOSB businesses that intend to respond to a Request for Quote. The work includes, but is not limited to, removing and disposing of wood structures, concrete floors, foundation walls; and concrete pipe trenches. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238910 and the size standard is $15mil. Contract will begin on or about August 1 and the contract time will be 100 days. Construction Wage Rates determination is applicable. Responses must include vendor's TIN (Tax Identification Number) and DUNS number. Vendors must be registered in SAMS (www.sams.gov) to be considered. All work is to comply with local, Federal and State codes.
